Manage the front desk operations by greeting and registering patients and scheduling appointments. Handle business tasks including insurance authorizations, verifications, and collecting co-pays.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and experience with insurance verification. One year of medical office or front desk experience is preferred.

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center.
