A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 0-2 years of customer service experience. A bachelor's degree, healthcare experience, and bilingual skills are preferred.

This is a Full-Time position at 36 hours per week located at the Huntley Immediate Care Center. This would be 3, 12hr shifts from 7:45am-8:15pm with weekends and holiday coverage requirement. Floating to other clinics may be required.
The Patient Service Representative reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Patient Service Representative supports the service area by checking patients in and out of appointments.This role will consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service when assisting patients and guests.
