The Director of National Operations provides strategic and operational oversight for building operations and tenant services across a North American healthcare real estate portfolio. This includes managing facilities, overseeing OpEx and CapEx budgets, and maintaining high-level tenant relationships to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in real estate or facilities operations, preferably within a REIT or healthcare environment. Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management platforms and the ability to travel 15-20% is required.

Position Summary
The Director, National Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of all building operations and tenant services across Northwest Healthcare Properties REIT’s real estate portfolio in Canada and the United States.
