The Human Resources Representative provides hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS data management. They also ensure compliance with employment laws and assist with workforce reporting and training initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of progressive HR experience and a high school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and knowledge of federal and state employment laws are required.

Quanta Services, South Region is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist provides broad-based, hands-on human resources support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations and leave administration, HRIS data management, and compliance. This is a senior-level, individual-contributor role for an experienced HR generalist who can operate with minimal supervision, exercise sound judgment on sensitive employee matters, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and frontline leaders. This position is classified as hourly (non-exempt) and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
