The Service Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, repairing, and upgrading equipment to ensure reliable performance. They must also maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers to measure satisfaction and suggest improvements.

3. Communicates with external stakeholders/customers and measures daily customer satisfaction and recommends improvement activities.
