The Application Technician will manage technical projects, conduct customer trials, and perform system commissioning both in the laboratory and at customer sites globally. They are also responsible for providing technical consulting, troubleshooting, and delivering customer training in both German and English.
Candidates must have a completed 3-year vocational training, additional professional qualifications, and over 5 years of relevant work experience. Strong technical understanding, knowledge of special machine construction, and proficiency in English, MS Office, and SAP are required.

Für unseren Anwendungsbereich Product Assembly suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Applikationstechniker (m/w/d) , der/die unser innovatives Team an unserem Standort in Lüneburg unterstützt.
Als Applikationstechniker (m/w/d) begleitest du technische Anwendungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte und führst Labor- und Kundenversuche, Systemabnahmen, Serviceeinsätze und Inbetriebnahmen für unsere weltweiten Kunden durch. Du bist für die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Betreuung von kundenspezifischen Versuchen im Labor verantwortlich und führst Kundenschulungen auf Deutsch und Englisch weltweit durch.
In dieser Rolle reist du weltweit mit Fokus auf Europa (ca. 25%).
Deine Mission:
Technische Projektbegleitung und Durchführung von Kundenversuchen, Systemabnahmen (Staging), Laborversuchen, Serviceeinsätzen und Inbetriebnahmen
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Betreuung von kundenspezifischen Versuchen bei Anwendungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten im Labor und bei Kunden
Erfassung und Verwaltung der Daten aus Laborversuchen sowie deren Kommunikation
Projektierungsunterstützung von anwendungsspezifischen Systemen gemäß Kundenspezifikation
Durchführung von Staging (Überprüfung der Kundenspezifikation, Applikations- bzw. Systemtest, Ermittlung der Prozessparameter)
Durchführung von Kundenabnahmen intern/extern
Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Projektreviews
Durchführung von Kundenschulungen in Deutsch und Englisch
Troubleshooting der gesamten bereichsspezifischen Technologie weltweit, inklusive Fehleranalyse des Kundenprozesses
Technische Beratung der Kunden, der globalen Niederlassungen und des Vertriebs
Mitwirkung und Anwendungsberatung auf Messen, Open-House und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen
Das bringst Du mit:
Abgeschlossene 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung erforderlich, zusätzliche berufliche Qualifikation (wie z.B. Meister/in IHK, Fachwirt/in IHK, Assistent/in IHK, Online-Redakteur/in, etc.), sowie mehrjährige (> 5 Jahre) Berufserfahrung erforderlich. Diese Kenntnisse und/oder Fertigkeiten können auch auf anderem Wege erworben werden.
