The analyst is responsible for underwriting and analyzing large-scale real estate developments, creating sophisticated financial models, and preparing investment committee presentations. They will also lead financial oversight for projects from acquisition through stabilization and conduct detailed market research.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in real estate analysis, specifically with multifamily investments. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with real estate databases like CoStar are required.
Nord Development Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Investment Analyst. This role will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting potential large-scale real estate developments in the Northeastern and Southeastern United States. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders while supporting multiple $100+ million development projects simultaneously.
Pay Range Detail: The expected pay rate will be between $85,000 and $120,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment. This position is considered an exempt position under federal and applicable state wage and hour law. Total compensation, if hired, may include performance-based bonus opportunity. The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member’s base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, department, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, budget and internal equity).
