The HSE Officer will support the management of NMDC by implementing HSE plans and conducting site inspections to ensure safe operations. They are responsible for monitoring compliance with company and client requirements while promoting a strong safety culture across vessels and project sites.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification and possess relevant experience in dredging and marine construction. A certification such as NEBOSH or OSHA is required, along with a solid understanding of the ISM Code and marine safety regulations.
