The Document Controller is responsible for registering, maintaining, and tracking project documentation while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. They will coordinate with discipline engineers and commissioning teams to manage document issuance and project progress reporting.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree and possess at least 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry. Strong leadership potential and a deep understanding of engineering discipline activities are required for this role.

Keep updated through the study of related literature including procedures and guidelines.
Ability to perform various activities related to document controller under supervision.
Knowledge, understanding and application of various constraints.
Ensure necessary HSE requirements for the mobilizations are duly addressed.
Ability to complete communicate with relevant parties, develop reports and seek necessary approvals prior to Vendor/ Subcontractor mobilization.
Attend meeting with Commissioning team leaders to update the progress and receive daily reports.
Receives and registers Project documents, including in-house generated document.
Regularly contact with discipline engineers and supervisors for scheduling of documentations.
Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenances of proper document register.
Maintain proper records for traceability.
Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Supervisor.
