Deliver the Digital Divide Project to empower digitally excluded individuals in Birmingham through personalized one-to-one support and workshops. Facilitate pathways to learning and employment by providing essential digital skills and access to specialist software.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering digital skills training to vulnerable communities and a strong understanding of digital inclusion barriers. Fluency in community languages such as Punjabi, Urdu, or Hindi is highly desired.

The NCA is one of five Centres for Excellence that forms the vision for local regeneration which includes: spiritual, economic, personal, health and social.
