Manage the end-to-end order process from entry to invoicing while serving as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to resolve order exceptions and track operational KPIs.
Requires fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preference is given to candidates with at least one year of experience in international supply chain environments and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
