The Manager leads the strategic vision and operational oversight of learner academic support labs, including the Writing and Math centers. This role focuses on supervising academic staff, managing resources, and implementing quality assurance to improve learner outcomes.
A Master's degree and at least two years of experience in an educational environment are required. Proficiency in web-based communication tools and Microsoft software is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
The Manager, Learner Labs is a strategic leader who owns the vision, performance, and growth of Nightingale's academic support labs — including the Writing Center, Math Lab, and future learner resource programs. This is a people leadership role at its core: you'll guide a team of academic staff (including Assistant Professors), shape how learners access support, and drive measurable outcomes that connect directly to learner success and persistence.
