The Quality Management Systems Lead is responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's quality management systems in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards. This role involves leading internal and external audit activities, managing system documentation, and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field and have at least 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing. Strong expertise in automotive quality core tools, audit processes, and QMS software is required to ensure organizational compliance and performance.
