The Director of Sales will lead the Japan Agentic Sales and Presales teams to drive revenue growth for advanced AI and digital solutions. They are responsible for developing strategic territory plans, managing team composition, and cultivating key client relationships.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience in the AI or CCaaS space and 5 years of individual contributor experience in enterprise software sales. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required for this role.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Japan Agentic Sales and Presales teams at NiCE.
The Agentic Solution Sales Team combines an overlay and a hunter sales capacity to support advanced, AI solution sales cycles to accompany our CXone platform or be standalone.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital and AI technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance and more.
This individual will also have experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proven track record in sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
