The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the organization's end-to-end payroll function, including processing semi-monthly payroll and maintaining leave records. They also oversee benefits deductions, retirement plan contributions, and ensure compliance through regular audits and reporting.
Candidates must have at least seven years of payroll processing experience and proficiency with MS Office and payroll database software. Experience with ADP Workforce Now and working in a unionized environment is highly preferred.

The NHMLAC is seeking a Payroll Manager for our Finance department. The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the Museum's payroll function. Primary responsibilities include processing semimonthly payroll; timecards, vacation, sick and floating holiday leave records and retirement plan payments.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,720.00 - $104,000.00 with excellent benefits. This is a full-time regular, exempt position.
