Perform installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for TV, internet, and phone services at customer residences. Provide high-quality customer service and education on products and smart home solutions.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs consistently. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen and be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customers house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.
