The Skills Trainer provides 1:1 support to individuals, facilitating play activities and teaching daily living skills in home and community settings. They also collaborate with service providers and families to implement treatment plans while advocating for the client's needs.
A high school diploma is required, with at least one year of experience in the ABA field strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks.

Job Title: Skills Trainer
Pay Range: $26.50-$46.00 per hour
The pay range is the authorized pay for this position and is displayed only for jobs based in Massachusetts and Vermont, where pay transparency laws require disclosure. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Candidates who are selected for hire must successfully complete all required background checks before starting their employment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with community based human service professionals and staff.
