The machine and plant operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment in compliance with GMP and safety standards. They must also perform in-process controls, document manufacturing steps, and ensure the cleanliness of the machinery.
Candidates must have a completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification. The role requires the ability to work in a three-shift system, strong hygiene awareness, and good command of the German language.

Maschinen- und Anlagenführer in der Bulk Produktion (m/w/d)
Was sind die Aufgaben dieser Stelle?
• Bedienen, Einrichten, Überwachen und Steuern von Produktionsanlagen
• Rüsten und Umrüsten der Anlagen
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Inprozesskontrollen
• GMP-konforme Dokumentation der Herstellungs- und Reinigungsschritte
• Reinigung von Maschinen und Anlagen gemäß den gültigen Reinigungsvorschriften
• Materialbereitstellung sowie Kontrolle der eingesetzten Rohstoffe
• Erkennen und Melden von Abweichungen
• Einhaltung der GMP-, Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben
• Mitwirkung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
