The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support via email and live chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, documenting interactions, and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries.
Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-first mindset. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or office environments is preferred.

Stores are fully attended and offer Wash, Dry, Fold service along with free WiFi. Our stores deliver a superior customer experience resulting in strong returns for our operators. WaveMAX is experiencing rapid franchisee growth with new stores in development across the country. We are actively looking for additional operators to support in the development of their own successful business.
