The Assistant Branch Manager supports branch operations by managing warehouse logistics, inventory, and reverse logistics while ensuring high customer service standards. They lead a team of warehouse employees and drivers and oversee cash management and credit issues.
Candidates should have up to 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field and experience in the automotive aftermarket are preferred.

The Assistant Branch Manager will report to the Director of Sales and Operations, and will be responsible for assisting the branch operations, while providing outstanding service to our customers. The Assistant Branch Manager's responsibilities will include achievement of KPIs in these areas: warehouse operations, coordinating delivery / logistics, inventory management, office support management to include deposits, credits, and CODs, and reverse logistics.
