Support operational management in daily business and projects, focusing on the coordination and delegation of tasks to ensure smooth processes. Responsibilities include process optimization, administrative organization, and managing meetings and presentations.
Requires a completed vocational or school education, with a university degree and project management experience being advantageous. Candidates must be flexible, willing to travel and work weekends, and possess excellent German and English skills along with MS Office proficiency.

Unterstützung der operativen Leitung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei Projekten
Koordination, Delegation und Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Entscheidungen und Projekten zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Abläufe
Optimierung von Prozessen
Unterstützung in jeglichen organisatorischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten
Terminkoordination
Teilnahme und Organisation von Meetings sowie Protokollführung
Erstellung von Präsentationen, etc.
Abgeschlossene Berufs- und Schulausbildung, Studium von Vorteil
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
Stressresistenz und Flexibilität
Reisebereitschaft und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
Auge fürs Detail und Fähigkeit, Probleme rasch zu erkennen und zu lösen
