The Hospice Care Consultant is responsible for identifying new referral opportunities and building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. They will educate the community on hospice services and advocate for patients to ensure they receive appropriate care.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications and at least 2 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development. Strong existing relationships with local healthcare providers and proficiency in CRM software are required.
