The Maintenance Supervisor will travel to multiple properties to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and detailed inspections. They are also responsible for training on-site teams and coordinating vendor work to ensure high-quality community operations.
Candidates should have 5+ years of multi-family maintenance experience and strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area are required.
