The Sander/Polisher will operate sanding and polishing tools to create smooth, high-quality finishes on marine products. They are also responsible for inspecting finished items for defects and adhering to all safety protocols.
Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with sanding and polishing equipment is considered a plus.

We are a passionate team of enthusiasts committed to crafting high-quality marine switch panels, electrical distribution panels, and gauge and switch panels for individual boat owners, service shops, and OEMs worldwide.

New Wire Marine is an American small business located in Charleston, SC. Since 2010, we’ve been building quality custom made marine electrical distribution, gauge and switch panels, and retailing a select number of quality parts, that we would use on our own boats. We’ve become known for quality products and excellent customer service. We have no automated phone tree, no off-shore tech support, and we don’t import containers of cheap parts just to make a buck online. We hand design, mill, etch and assemble OEM quality switch panels for our customers in our shop in Charleston. We’ve designed and built thousands of switch panels that are in use all over the world. As we’ve grown we’ve invested in technology (like our drag and drop switch panel design tool) that makes it easier and easier for our customers to get an quality, but affordable switch panel that meets their needs exactly. We want to work with our customers to create a lasting, professional relationship for life. And it’s working! By now we’ve had hundreds of referrals and many customers have come back for a new panel for their second or third boat.
