Oversee the planning and execution of all building maintenance and facilities projects to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, coordinate repairs, and administer building security systems for the Ann Arbor facility.
Requires a high school diploma and 5-7 years of hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance. Must be proficient in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and physically capable of performing demanding maintenance tasks.
Job Description
The Building Maintenance Specialist I at New Eagle is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of all building maintenance and facilities projects. This role will ensure that the facility is properly maintained and compliant with applicable regulations and standards, including OSHA. The Building Maintenance Specialist I will work closely with outside vendors and contractors as well as the finance team to support cost tracking, analysis, and reporting for facilities-related expenses.
