The intern will support operational processes connecting Product, Finance, and Operations while ensuring data accuracy and SLA compliance. They will also collaborate on process improvements, automation, and the creation of dashboards to track key business metrics.
The role requires an individual capable of supporting client channels and performing data validation tasks. Candidates should be able to assist in the implementation of new features and document standard operating procedures.
