NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

POSITION TITLE: Technical Operations Manager
POSITION DUTIES: Financial Software and Services, Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, GA, has a work-at-home Technical Operations Manager position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA for weekly trips to the corporate office) responsible for managing and supporting technical systems and applications and ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. Specific duties include: (i) owning and optimizing end-to-end business and operational workflows supporting online roadshows and event-driven services, including event planning, customer bookings, scheduling, conferencing, audio/video recording, post-event analytics, and operational reporting; (ii) designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and system integrations; (iii) designing and automating customer engagement pipelines, lead-to-customer workflows, and post-event reporting processes; (iv) designing and automating global billing, invoicing, reconciliation, approval, and multi-currency financial workflows; (v) implementing system integrations across ERP, CRM, payment, and internal platforms; (vi) developing backend services, internal tools, dashboards, and operational analytics; (vii) maintaining cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines; (viii) diagnosing and resolving software and system performance issues through root cause analysis and solution implementation; (ix) ensuring system reliability, scalability, and operational visibility across distributed systems.
Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer and Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in software development and technical operations.
Must have five (5) years of experience with: (i) architecting, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP across finance and operational modules; (ii) software design, development, and maintenance across the software stack; (iii) web development using Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, and MySQL; (iv) API design and implementation; (v) diagnosing and resolving complex system and application issues; (vi) project management, including timelines, tasks, and documentation; (vii) complying with technology standards and system architecture; and (viii) supervising software engineers.
Must also have three (3) years of experience with industry software including Oracle, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
Experience can be concurrent.

RATE OF PAY: $152,131 per year
