Guide customers through a transparent car buying process and manage lead follow-ups via phone and internet. Maintain showroom standards and stay updated on Mazda vehicle offerings and competitive data.
Requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Base pay of $4,000 per month (non-commissioned) w/ a bonus structure
40 Hours of PTO after 90 days of employment
401(k) with up to 6% company match $1 for $1!

Volunteer Time Off (VTO) given on 1st day of employment
Consistent, predictable schedule: Saturdays required, closed Sundays
Dedicated on site trainer for training + support to help you succeed!
Guide guests through a world-class, transparent car buying experience
Respond to internet and phone inquiries and schedule showroom appointments
Make 45+ outbound calls daily to follow up with leads and prospects
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and deliver expert-level product presentations
Log all customer interactions in CRM and dealership systems
Prepare vehicles and customer info for upcoming appointments
Assist with showroom appearance, lot organization, and guest hospitality
Stay current on Mazda models, news, and competitive vehicle offerings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using technology and CRM platforms
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
13 vehicles sold monthly (rolling 90-day average)
95%+ customer satisfaction index (MBEP score)
High conversion rate of internet and phone leads
Strong performance in optional protection and service product offerings
Completion of all Mazda certifications and training
