Tasks

Roadmap & Portfolio Management
  • Define and manage ndd's portfolio of digital products, software solutions, and service offerings.
  • Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunities, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Identify opportunities to expand digital services, subscriptions, and recurring revenue streams.
Customer & Market Insights
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends.
  • Translate customer and market insights into product requirements, business cases, and value propositions.
  • Monitor competitive, technological, and regulatory developments within the industry.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support product positioning, launches, customer engagement, and key account opportunities.
  • Measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance to drive continuous improvement.
Product Development & Delivery
  • Own product requirements, user stories, features, and roadmap priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with development teams.
  • Partner with R&D, Software Development, Quality, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support Agile development processes, release planning, and launch readiness.
  • Define success metrics and ensure products deliver measurable customer and business value.
Healthcare Interoperability & Digital Solutions
  • Drive roadmap priorities related to healthcare interoperability and digital integration capabilities.
  • Define requirements for APIs, data exchange workflows, and healthcare IT integrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Serve as an internal product expert for healthcare data exchange and interoperability topics.

About the position

For our U.S. office, we are looking for a dedicated, solution-driven Product Manager -Digital Solutions to join our growing team.

As an extension of our Product Management Department in Zurich, you will own the roadmap and lifecycle of ndd’s digital solutions. You will serve as the voice of the customer, bringing together market insights, customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities to shape products that deliver meaningful value. Working closely with customers, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and other departments, you will drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance the user experience, strengthen our market position, and support long-term business growth. Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in Medical Devices, Digital Health, Healthcare Software, Healthcare IT, Diagnostics, or a similar healthcare technology environment.
  • Proven track record of defining product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market plans for software or digital products.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate market needs into successful product solutions.
  • Experience supporting product launches, commercialization activities, and product lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, EHR/EMR integrations, APIs, healthcare data exchange, or digital health platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced degree, MBA, or Product Management certification is an advantage.
