Par son exigence technique et son approche professionnalisante, l’école accompagne ses alternants vers les métiers du grounds management, au cœur des infrastructures sportives de haut niveau.
Adossée à un acteur majeur des surfaces sportives internationales, la NG Academy s’appuie sur des valeurs fortes : excellence, esprit collectif, détermination et innovation. Les apprentis bénéficient d’une formation concrète, dispensée par des professionnels du secteur, avec un plateau technique dédié, des équipements spécialisés et une immersion terrain permanente.
Dans le cadre de cette alternance orientée entretien de terrains de sport, vous serez formé(e) aux techniques d’entretien et de préparation des parcours : qualité des gazons, entretien paysager, maintenance des équipements et respect des exigences du jeu. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement alliant nature, technicité et passion du sport.
La formation débute à partir de septembre 2026 et s’effectue en alternance, avec une rémunération selon les dispositions légales en vigueur.

Sous la responsabilité de votre tuteur, vous participerez à l’entretien quotidien du stade de l'Aube et du centre d'entrainement de l'ESTAC afin de garantir une qualité de jeu optimale et un environnement soigné pour les joueurs.
Vos missions principales seront :
Maintenance courante des surfaces végétale : tonte, fertilisation, traitements, opérations mécaniques, irrigation, aération, remise des tacles, regarnissage,
Opérations de rénovation,
Préparation du terrain : cordeaux, traçage, buts, filets,
Conduite tracteurs et équipements mobiles,
Remettre en état après les entrainements ou match,
Entretenir le parc matériel et arrosage : contrôle, nettoyage, changement de pièces, rangement
