Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs supporting Indigenous Financial Institutions and entrepreneurs. Oversee program strategy, budgeting, and performance monitoring to drive meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.
Requires a minimum of a university degree in Business, Economics, or Public Relations and at least 10 years of experience in program management. Preference is given to candidates with a Master's degree and experience working with Indigenous communities.

Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Programs and Member Services. This role is responsible for leading the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs that support Indigenous Financial Institutions (IFIs) and their clients.
The Director will oversee program strategy, budgeting, and performance while ensuring high-quality training, capacity-building initiatives, and measurable impact across the network. This is a key leadership position that works closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen programs and drive meaningful outcomes for Indigenous communities.

Primary Location: Ottawa, Ontario. NACCA operates on a hybrid work model. Remote work arrangements may be considered based on organizational needs and role responsibilities.
