The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for performing general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs. They also manage unit turns, maintain pool and spa facilities, and respond to emergency after-hours service requests.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience and proficiency in building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work are required.
