The Scheduling Coordinator serves as the first point of contact, greeting patients and managing phone inquiries. Key duties include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, and collecting payments.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior dental office experience is preferred. Candidates should be reliable and energetic, with bilingual skills in Spanish considered a plus.
