📝Job Description : To support the launch and growth of Gini Tiny, the self-serve tier of Gini by Mytraffic, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Executive to own the inbound motion end to end. Prospects sign up on their own, run their first analysis, and already have a real location decision on their hands. Your job is to reach them within minutes, qualify fast, and close. No cold pipeline to build, no six-month cycle, no procurement committee.

🤝 About our team : You will join the Sales team, reporting to Small Business Managing Director, working alongside 2 inside sales colleagues covering the French and international perimeters, in close collaboration with the Growth team (who owns the inbound flow) and the Product team (who ships on your feedback).

💼  To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :

• Call every US Gini Tiny signup within minutes of their registration, not the next day and not through a sequences.

• Qualify in 5 minutes: real expansion project, or curiosity. Disqualifying fast is the most valuable skill in this role.

• Run a 15-minute product demo on the prospect's own catchment area, with their real footfall data.

• Close on the first call at list price whenever you can. A second call is the exception, not the norm. Nothing to negotiate, which means you spend your time selling rather than defending a discount.

• Run a rolling pipeline of 100+ open opportunities, with clean HubSpot hygiene.

• Feed back to Product what you hear 40 times a week. On a product launched this year, your feedback loop matters as much as your number.

🫵 About you : 

🛠️ Hard Skills (mandatory)

• up to 2 years as a Business Development Representative or on high-velocity closing experience selling to small businesses, independents or franchisees. SaaS, local marketing services, marketplaces or telesales environments all count.

• Proven track record on genuinely transactional deals: €1–5K average deal size, sales cycles under 15 days, 20+ deals closed per month. You can give these numbers without being asked twice.

• One-call closing experience: qualification, demo and signature in a single conversation with a single decision-maker.

• Comfortable with volume: 25 to 35 conversations a day, and a demo you run the same way every time.

• Native French speaker, fluent in English.

🤝 Soft Skills

• Speed as a reflex, not a KPI. Reaching an inbound lead in under 10 minutes feels obvious to you.

• Direct and warm on the phone with small business owners, franchisees and independent operators. No corporate posturing.

• Coachable and self-driven: the playbook exists, and we expect you to improve it.

🚫 What this role is not: This is not an enterprise position. No six-month cycles, no POCs, no stakeholder mapping, no €80K deal to tell the story of at the end of the year. It is a cadence job: rigour, speed, and fast closing. People who love that are exceptional at it, and bored anywhere else.

2️⃣ 60 min - Live role-play with Pauline (CMO & CRO Deputy) & Thomas (VP Sales) : one inbound call on a real Gini Tiny signup, 10 minutes on the clock, followed by a debrief. Context given 5 minutes beforehand.
