Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten sowie Werkstudierenden und koordinierst sämtliche administrativen Prozesse von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt
Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen, Vertragsänderungen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten für unsere temporären Mitarbeitenden
Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Koordination von Arbeitszeugnissen mit und arbeitest dabei eng mit Führungskräften und relevanten HR-Stakeholdern zusammen
Du unterstützt unsere Recruiting- und Personalgewinnungsaktivitäten, insbesondere in der Kommunikation mit Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sowie bei administrativen Prozessen
Du unterstützt das HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bringst Dich aktiv in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse und des Employee Lifecycle Managements ein
Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
