The RN will organize and deliver patient care by prioritizing and delegating tasks using the nursing process. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve quality of care and advocate for ethical, holistic patient health.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within 5 years of hire) and a valid Washington State or multi-state RN license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications depending on the department.
