The operative is responsible for implementing traffic management schemes across various locations. This includes driving commercial vehicles and working flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Applicants must possess a full clean UK driving license and LANTRA NHSS M1/M2 qualifications. LANTRA NHSS M5 qualification is desirable.
We’re looking for multiple experienced Traffic Management Operatives to join our teams across Darwen/Lancashire.
It is desirable that applicants have previous traffic management experience and qualifications. A full UK driving licence is required as the role includes driving one of our commercial vehicles. Due to the nature of our industry, the role requires flexibility on work patterns, and you will be required to work a combination of days, nights and weekend shifts.
Self-employed basis

All equipment (including company vehicle) and PPE provided
Business use of commercial vehicle, for use between home and work address
Full industry accredited training provided
Opportunity to progress to supervisor roles.
Due to the nature of our industry, the role requires flexibility on work patterns, and you will be required to work a combination of days, nights and weekend shifts.
