Analyze and redesign US content creation workflows to improve visibility, cycle time, and accountability using Adobe Workfront. Act as a liaison between Marketing, Creative, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable process models and functional requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting content or marketing operations. Proficiency in Agile practices and experience with workflow-driven operations or Adobe Workfront is highly desired.

About Digital Human Health (DHH)
Digital Human Health (DHH) connects technology, data, and people to enable and accelerate Human Health business across global markets. DHH supports commercial and medical teams by delivering customer-centric digital platforms, data capabilities, and technology-enabled operating models that enable flexible go-to-market approaches, actionable insights, and personalized customer experiences in a regulated environment.
Within DHH, Content Enablement & Execution focuses on improving how content is planned, created, reviewed, delivered, and reused—driving speed, quality, compliance-by-design, and scalable omnichannel execution.
Role Purpose
Own analysis and redesign of US content creation and development workflows, translating business needs into scalable process models and Workfront-enabled solutions that improve visibility, cycle time, accountability, and adoption.
