In der Rolle führst du ein Team von 3 Mitarbeitenden und stellst sicher, dass externe Entwicklungen, nationale und europäische Trends mit Relevanz für Deutschland sowie Veränderungen im Stakeholder- und Erstattungssystem frühzeitig erkannt, strukturiert bewertet und in konkrete strategische Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzt werden.
Du entwickelst und steuerst einen klar abgegrenzten Verantwortungsbereich ohne Überschneidungen mit dem Team Versorgungsmanagement. Während das Versorgungsmanagement auf die Entwicklung und Umsetzung spezifischer Versorgungsprojekte fokussiert ist, konzentriert sich diese Position auf die systematische Analyse des Umfelds, die Entwicklung strategischer Access Pathways sowie die Konzeption von Access Solutions auf übergeordneter Ebene.
Als Team Lead arbeitet die Position eng mit anderen Access Teams, Policy, Medical, den Business Units sowie weiteren relevanten Funktionen zusammen und sorgt für Priorisierung, Klarheit, Umsetzungsfokus sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Die nachfolgenden fachlichen Aufgaben werden vom gesamten Team Access Trends & Solutions gemeinschaftlich verantwortet. Als Team Lead (m/w/d) übernimmst du dabei die übergreifende Steuerung und Koordination, führst und unterstützt das Team in der Umsetzung und trägst zugleich durch eigene operative Mitarbeit zur Abdeckung der Aufgaben bei.

Erarbeitung von Lösungsansätzen auf konzeptioneller und strategischer Ebene

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Market Access, in Health Policy, Reimbursement, Pricing, Public Affairs oder in einem eng verwandten Bereich
Sehr gutes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitswesens, relevanter Stakeholder und accessrelevanter Rahmenbedingungen
