Lead the planning and execution of Phase 1-3 clinical studies while translating development strategies into operational plans and budgets. Build and scale clinical operations infrastructure and manage external CROs and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requires 15+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech or pharma, including at least 8 years of leadership experience managing global teams. Must have a proven track record in small biotech/start-up environments and deep knowledge of GCP and global regulations.

Mozart Therapeutics, headquartered in Seattle, WA, is focused on developing disease-modifying therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases that work by targeting a novel regulatory CD8 T regulatory cell network. We are looking for a Vice President, Clinical Operations to help develop, lead, and execute our clinical development strategy for therapeutic candidates in autoimmune disease. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering Phase 1-3 studies with speed, quality, and capital efficiency.
As a key leader within our clinical development team, you will play an integral role in shaping development strategy, overseeing clinical study execution, managing external partners, and building the clinical operations foundation needed to support future growth.

The pay range for the Vice President, Clinical Operations position is $290,000 min – $325,000 max per year. The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting’s primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. Benefits, including paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and paid time off between Dec 25 and Jan 1, medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k) with company matching and stock options.
