This Role:

You'll be in a high-visibility role with real influence over how we build enterprise pipeline and take our products to market — at a moment when AI is genuinely reshaping how the industry works. 

What You'll Do 

You'll be responsible for generating qualified enterprise pipeline for our Account Executive team, using a combination of strategic account-based prospecting and consistent outbound execution. 

You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify the right accounts, reach the right decision-makers, and create opportunities within larger and more complex real estate brokerage organizations. 

Day-to-Day: 

• Prospect into enterprise real estate brokerages across the USA and Canada through phone, email, text, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and other creative outbound channels 
• Make cold calling a core part of your prospecting strategy, confidently engaging brokerage leaders and senior executives 
• Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute strategies for priority and named accounts 
• Research prospective brokerages to understand their organization, leadership, agent count, geographic footprint, technology stack, and potential business challenges 
• Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers across executive leadership, marketing, technology, recruiting, operations, and sales 
• Build highly targeted account and prospect lists based on our ideal customer profile and enterprise strategy 
• Execute multi-channel outbound sequences and consistently test messaging, positioning, and approaches to improve engagement 
• Personalize outreach using account research, industry developments, competitive intelligence, technology signals, and relevant business challenges 
• Conduct initial discovery and qualification to understand a prospect's current environment, priorities, challenges, timing, and potential fit with MoxiWorks 
• Follow up quickly and consistently with inbound leads, marketing-generated leads, referrals, and other sources of enterprise demand 
• Support industry conferences and events through pre-event prospecting, onsite engagement, meeting generation, and disciplined post-event follow-up 
• Create high-quality handoffs to Account Executives with clear context around the account, stakeholders, business challenges, opportunity, and next steps 
• Maintain accurate account, contact, activity, and opportunity data in HubSpot 
• Consistently achieve or exceed targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline generated 
• Share market, customer, and competitive insights with the broader Sales, Marketing, and Product teams 

In your first 90–120 days, you'll develop a strong understanding of MoxiWorks, our enterprise customers, and the real estate technology landscape; build strong relationships with your Account Executive partners; establish a consistent outbound rhythm; and begin generating qualified enterprise pipeline. 

Who You Are 

Required: 

• 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or another prospecting-focused B2B sales role 
• Demonstrated success generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting 
• A true pipeline builder — you're comfortable creating opportunities rather than relying on inbound demand 
• Strong cold-calling skills and confidence engaging senior-level decision-makers 
• Experience executing multi-channel prospecting strategies across phone, email, text, LinkedIn, sequences, events, and other channels 
• Strong account research skills and the ability to turn research into relevant, personalized outreach 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through 
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment with clear expectations around activity, meetings, qualified opportunities, and pipeline 
• Persistent, curious, competitive, and creative in your approach to breaking into difficult accounts 
• Comfortable partnering closely with Account Executives while taking ownership of your own prospecting strategy and execution 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience within residential real estate, PropTech, or real estate technology 
• Strong understanding of how real estate brokerages operate and the challenges facing brokerage leaders and agents 
• Existing relationships with brokerage executives or other leaders within the residential real estate industry 
• Experience prospecting into enterprise or strategic accounts 
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, AI-powered tools, or other vertical SaaS solutions 
• Proficiency with HubSpot and sales engagement/prospecting platforms 
• Experience with account-based prospecting and building targeted account and contact lists 
• Experience supporting and prospecting around industry conferences and events

Success in this role is ultimately about creating high-quality enterprise pipeline for the Account Executive team. 

The best Senior BDRs don't just book meetings. They understand their market, know their accounts, recognize buying signals, build relationships, and consistently find ways to open doors within organizations that are difficult to reach. 

You'll become a trusted partner to our Enterprise Account Executives and a key part of how MoxiWorks expands its relationships with leading real estate brokerages across North America.
