Drive commercial growth for clinical services and the eCOA/eDiary platform by identifying and winning new clients across pharma, biotech, and CROs. Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing while collaborating with internal teams to create winning proposals.
Requires 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within clinical services or digital health, or a strong clinical profile. A background in life sciences or business and excellent English communication skills are expected.
As Sales Executive, Clinical Solutions at Cascador/moveUP, you will drive the commercial growth of our clinical services and eCOA/eDiary platform. You will identify and win new clients across pharma, biotech, CROs and academic centers, working closely with our Operations, Clinical and Product teams to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will be the commercial face of our clinical solutions, working closely with our Operations, Clinical and Product teams to translate customer needs into winning proposals.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing
Coordinate RFP/RFI responses with internal subject-matter experts
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with sponsors, key opinion leaders and partners
Represent Cascador/moveUP at industry conferences and client meetings
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform commercial strategy
We are looking for a driven, relationship-oriented sales professional with a consultative mindset and a genuine passion for digital health. You are a self-starter who can manage your own pipeline independently, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced scale-up environment.
A background in life sciences, business or a related field
3 to 10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in a commercial role within clinical services, digital health or a related industry — strong clinical profiles looking to move into sales are also welcome
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (French and/or Dutch is a plus)
Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
