The Finance Clerk is responsible for general ledger accounting, banking, and accounts payable functions. They also prepare financial analyses and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have a Grade 12 diploma and a recognized business or bookkeeping course. A minimum of two years of experience in accounting software and accounts payable/receivable processes is required.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, with a strong emphasis on generating accurate, timely financial reports from Microsoft Dynamics GP, particularly for funder and grant reporting. This role will also play a key part in supporting our organization's upcoming migration from Dynamics GP to a modern ERP system. The Finance Clerk submits medical billings, prepares reports and performs other finance-related functions as required.
