The technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests, managing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, and executing a preventative maintenance program. They also monitor building systems, perform grounds work, and provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
The candidate must be able to maintain a professional demeanor with residents and vendors while ensuring all work is performed ethically and consistently. They must be available for on-call emergency rotations and capable of managing inventory and expense limits.
