Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards to support new product designs. Monitor process performance and execute experiments to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Materials Engineering. Candidates must be proficient in data analysis, process control tools, and root cause analysis.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and establishes manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality standards for new products and process improvements.
Maintains and regularly updates Dry Charge Manufacturing Specifications, including:
Process Specifications
Process Condition Control Charts
Product Quality Control Charts
Defines and maintains quality standards for raw materials and in-process components.
Conducts regular monitoring of process performance and implements measures for continuous improvement.
Evaluates and validates proposed changes to manufacturing specifications prior to full-scale implementation.
Executes process experiments and product testing to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Provides technical assistance to production teams to resolve process-related issues.
Prepares technical documentation and reports; initiates approval routing as needed.
Ensures confidentiality of proprietary product formulas and manufacturing processes.
Maintains workplace cleanliness and ensures proper care of tools and equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related technical fields.
Knowledgeable in process documentation, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in data analysis, process control tools, and root cause analysis.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willing to work in a plant-based environment and adapt to production demands
