You will diagnose and repair mobility equipment such as wheelchairs and power devices while navigating internal software systems. You will also travel to client sites to provide professional, compassionate service and ensure their mobility needs are met.
You must have experience in customer service and equipment repair, along with proficiency in using manual and power tools. A valid G-class driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are mandatory.

The role:
We are adding a compassionate and knowledgeable Technician to our team in Edmonton, AB. This posting is for an existing vacancy. You will be trained on the tools you will be working with and the equipment you will be repairing. You will work directly with clients to understand the issues with their equipment and troubleshoot to solve the problem. You will travel to different sites, both private residences and community facilities to accommodate client needs.
