The consultant is responsible for monitoring internet leads and facilitating sales appointments through various digital communication channels. They must manage the follow-up system to encourage repeat business and handle vehicle deliveries to customers.
Candidates must have previous strong sales experience, a valid CA driver's license with a clean record, and high school graduation or equivalent. Strong computer skills and a professional appearance are also required.
| Employees in this position will primarily be paid commissions, however they will also be paid the applicable minimum wage for non-sales work and for rest periods. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual commission earnings of approx. $65,000 to $130,000. |
