The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for reviewing and prioritizing maintenance requests to ensure properties meet safety and licensure standards. They perform general repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and appliances while maintaining grounds and coordinating with outside contractors.
Candidates must have at least one year of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required, and experience in construction is preferred.

As a Maintenance Specialist with Mosaic, you’ll be responsible for reviewing electronic maintenance requests to prioritize repair needs for each Mosaic owned property to adhere to the safety regulations and requirements.
