The Patient Care Representative provides assistive services to facilitate patient flow and information gathering in a clinical setting. They also perform front desk duties to support provider offices and coordinate patient care across nursing units.
Candidates must possess strong fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and reaching. Proficiency in electronic data entry, clear communication, and the ability to collect and evaluate patient information are essential.

Performs front desk duties for the Provider's office to support patient care delivery and follow up.Float Pool: Will perform and coordinates patient care on nursing unit(s) as assigned on a daily basis according to standards. May cover extended leaves of absence and/or excessive vacancies. Opportunities may include the ability to work from 2 to 6 weeks on a unit then rotate to another unit. Will work under the supervision of a Director and Associate Director. The Clinic Patient Care Rep provides a wide range of assistive services to promote patient flow, patient information gathering and patient care in the clinic setting. Performs front desk duties for the Provider's office to support patient care delivery and follow up.
