The role involves leading overhead crane control upgrade projects from planning through commissioning while performing advanced electrical troubleshooting. The lead will also manage PLC and VFD programming, provide technical mentorship to junior staff, and ensure all work meets safety and industry standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and proven experience with overhead crane electrical systems, drives, and PLC programming. The position requires the ability to work at heights, travel to customer sites, and demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Electrical Repair & Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead overhead crane control upgrade projects and perform advanced electrical troubleshooting and repairs. This role involves managing projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and collaborating with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in drives, PLCs, and industrial control systems, along with proven leadership and project management capabilities.
